How do I charter a private plane?

When you contact us to book a private jet, you’re assigned a dedicated account manager who will provide a range of available aircraft that best suit your requirements. Each quote will include an expert analysis of why each aircraft has been selected for you, along with a short list of recommended departure and arrival airports. Your account manager will help you choose the solution that best matches your requirements.

Once you have confirmed your aircraft and route, your account manager will organise every aspect of the charter for you, from onboard catering to landing permits. In many locations, they will arrange for a representative to greet you at the airport and ensure your experience runs smoothly. From the moment you receive your quote, your account manager is available 24/7 to answer your questions or handle any last-minute requests.

How do I select an aircraft?

There’s no need to know anything about aircraft when you charter a plane with us. Your dedicated account manager will provide a selection of aircraft that are best suited to your requirements and will help with your final choice.

How much luggage is allowed on a private flight?

When flying by private jet, you have access to the aircraft’s baggage hold. How much luggage you can bring per person depends on how many people are flying and the size of the aircraft. For example, an eight-seat light jet with a full passenger load will typically be able to accommodate one piece of luggage per person. However, if two passengers are flying on the same jet, they will be able to bring four pieces of luggage each. As the size of aircraft increases, the amount of luggage you can take with you generally increases. Your charter consultant will speak with you about the amount of luggage you require and will recommend aircraft accordingly.

Is check-in different for charter flights?

Most airports have dedicated private terminals for private flights, allowing private jet charter passengers to avoid queues and unnecessary delays, as well as providing access to VIP lounges. In some cases, you can check in just minutes before take-off and drive directly to the aircraft for boarding.

Can my pets fly with me?

A private jet charter is one of the kindest ways to transport your pet from one destination to another, but keep in mind that certain regulations apply when flying to and from the UK with a companion animal. These include providing a pet passport with proof that they’re microchipped and that their rabies vaccinations are up to date. We will inform you of what documentation is required to fly your pets prior to departure, but we advise you to consult with your vet about your journey.

Can I book multiple aircraft at the same time?
