This small airport deals with general aviation and regional/domestic transfers with a single terminal building and runway. It is mainly used for chartering and flight lessons but is also the base for the Royal Flying Doctor Service which provides assistance to those locally. The facilities are somewhat limited due to the size of the airport but there are some shops and somewhere to purchase food and drink.
