The team was travelling during a busy holiday period and the client wanted to minimise potential exposure to Covid-19 by avoiding crowded scheduled airports. With a limited budget for the flight, we stepped in to source a cost-effective solution that met their requirements.

We already had a strong relationship with the operator, which meant we were able to negotiate a discounted rate and complimentary de-icing of the aircraft despite it being the busiest travel period of the year. The non-stop flight ran smoothly and landed in California on time.
