The Eurocopter/Aerospatiale AS341 Gazelle is a French built light utility helicopter. Powered by a three-blade main rotor and single turbo shaft engine it is best used on short distances. With a teardrop-shaped fuselage and a round glassed-in cockpit and landing skids, it is an attractive aircraft.
